HCG Diet Protocol

The HCG-Diet is a Fast Weight Loss System

Success with this diet comes from strictly following the diet below. Take hcg drops or spray according to the instructions’ on the bottle. If you find yourself hungrier some days, take the homeopathic HCG as many times a day as you need to control your appetite.


  • Take the HCG according to the bottle.
  • Do not eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes.
  • Drink 1/2 to one gallon of water a day.
  • Gorge yourself and eat as much as you want of anything and everything.
  • This is important!


  • Every morning after using the toilet weigh yourself without clothes.
  • Keep a daily record.
  • Take your HCG as directed on the bottle.
  • Drink 1/2 to one gallon of water a day.
  • Using a seamstress measuring tape (Can be purchased at a fabric store) measure once a week at the bust line, the navel line and the hips. You might also want to take measurements at the mid calf, mid thigh and the mid upper arm. Record your weekly findings. Also before and after pictures of yourself can be quite dramatic.


Drink as much of any of these teas as you want
throughout the day:green tea, Yerba Mate, or Chamomile tea. No otherteas.


Eat one serving only of the following meat – the size of a deck of cards or 4 ounces: Lean beef or veal, buffalo, skinless chicken breast, turkey, Wild Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, Flounder, Sole, Halibut, Lobster or shrimp. No other meats. It must be grilled to remove as much as the fat as possible. Season your meat with a half of a lemon, white or black pepper, seasalt, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram or any other herb. One salad made of any or all of the following: Spinach,chard, beet greens, and lettuce of any kind, tomatoes, celery, fennel,any onion, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus and cabbage. No othervegetables. These can be raw, steamed, grilled without oil or gentlyboiled. Use only apple cider vinegar, a half a lemon or yellow mustardfor a dressing. Drink as much of the teas mentioned above as you want.Absolutely NO oil, butter, dressings of any kind.

You can have 2 helpings of any of the following fruits a day medium apple, grapefruit or a handful of strawberries. You can eat these any time during the day before or between meals as a snack.
